Amanda Cato Mills is a Senior Onboarding Consultant at Atrium Health with over a decade of experience in physician and advanced practice provider onboarding. She has been an active member of AAPPR’s OAR leadership team for several years and is currently serving as chair of the group. Amanda has a deep passion for mentoring other onboarding consultants, helping them understand how to best support physicians and APPs as they transition into new roles. Having served in various capacities within the Physician & APP Recruitment & Onboarding department since 2011, Amanda leverages her operational expertise and mentoring skills to elevate the clinician experience. She earned her Bachelor’s from East Carolina University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Liberty University. Amanda is dedicated to optimizing onboarding practices and fostering long-term partnerships between clinicians and organizations.
