Andrea Leland, MBA, CPRP is the System Director of Physician & Provider Recruitment and Rewards for Dartmouth Health, an integrated health system, including an academic medical center and a multispecialty physician group practice which together employ more than 15,000 physicians, nurses, and staff members. Andrea is responsible for strategic oversight of physician and provider recruitment, executive recruitment, provider compensation, compliance and activity reporting, and immigration throughout the system. She has been employed by Dartmouth Health for 20 years.
