I've been with the Marshfield Clinic Health System for 38 years and have been in the physician & advanced practice clinician recruitment world for 22 years. I am a locum recruiter who is responsible for sourcing, confirming and onboarding the locum tenens for the entire health system. During my 22 years in this department,18 of which I was the sole locum recruiter, I have built and maintained the centralized locum process across the system. Most recently I helped lead the system transition to a vendor management system.
