Becca Petry is a Sourcer with Baptist Health Medical Group in Kentucky and southern Indiana. She works closely in residency and fellowship program outreach, process development, and sourcing hard to fill positions. Her favorite part about working in Physician Recruitment is helping Physicians find a practice opportunity that allows them to live their best lives both professionally and personally.

She lives in Lexington, Kentucky and enjoys spending time in the water, on the trails, and hanging out with her two dogs.
