The leader of ECG’s Provider Network and Community Planning practice, Jennifer has almost 30 years of experience in provider recruitment and workforce planning and has worked with more than 400 health systems, hospitals, and physician organizations to define provider recruitment and retention goals, craft implementable solutions to workforce deficits, create alignment strategies, and expand ambulatory provider access.
