Juliann “Juli” Hamblin, CPRP-DEI is the Team Lead of Provider Recruitment for Dartmouth Health, an integrated health system, including an academic medical center and a multispecialty physician group practice—which together employ more than 13,000 physicians, nurses and staff members. Juli has been with Dartmouth Health for the past 6 years and has 15+ years of Recruitment and HR Management experience from various industries. Juli enjoys continuous growth and learning, focusing on quality and process improvement projects for the Provider Recruitment team. Juli completed her Yellow Belt in Continuous Improvement Certification through the Dartmouth Health Value Institute and received the “OAR” Onboarding and Retention Certification and “DEI” Diversity Equity and Inclusion Certification through “AAPPR” the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment. Juli supports the Department of Psychiatry in recruiting psychiatrists, psychologists, psych nurse practitioners, and researchers for the health system and has supported Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, and Pediatric Specialty recruitment needs at various times as needed. Juli has supported the development of the Executive Recruitment function and has supported several high-profile searchers for the Dartmouth Health System. Juli lives in Vermont with her husband and two daughters enjoying the outdoor lifestyle. Juli is an avid mountain biker and snowboarder and enjoys creating recreational communities focused on female empowerment.
