Lee is currently the Vice President of Provider Affairs & Physician Recruitment for Saint Francis Health System, the largest health system in Oklahoma with a medical group of more than 750 providers. In her role she has oversight of provider contracting, compensation, recruitment, retention, onboarding and payer enrollment. Prior to Saint Francis Lee was the Executive Director at Erlanger Health System for provider recruitment and hospitalist operations.

Lee has a strong history of physician leadership recruitment, strategy, operations, and consulting. She received her undergraduate degree from Presbyterian College and her master’s in healthcare administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport. Lee is a past board member of AAPPR and the founder of the Southeast Physician Recruitment Association (SEPRA). She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and traveling.
