Logan Mary Ebbets, MS, CPRP is a Principal Recruiter in Clinical Talent Acquisition with Optum. Optum is a subsidiary of United Health Care Group and the largest employer of physicians and providers in the United States. With care delivery organizations across 40 of the 50 states. Optum Care is focused on population health and value-based care with the mission to help the health system work better for everyone, most especially our providers and patients. In her role, Logan recruits for care delivery organizations in Massachusetts and the Northeast.

Logan has been honing her niche in provider recruitment since 2017 when she joined the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment. She first became involved with AAPPR as a member of their education committee and had the opportunity to participate in the workgroup that drafted the core competencies which established the groundwork for the revised certification program, Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP), and future certificate programs. She is also a member of the AAPPR’s Speaker’s Bureau. Logan obtained her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from the University of Vermont and her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Nichols College.
