Matt Clancy is the Director, Recruitment Solutions for NEJM Group and NEJM CareerCenter. Matt attended Boston College with a major in Communications and has been with the Recruitment Solutions team since 2005. Having worked in various capacities for the department, Matt has developed a unique and valuable perspective on physician recruitment and healthcare delivery. While inside the walls of NEJM Group, Matt’s responsibilities center on strategy and financials. Within the recruitment industry, Matt’s focus is on sharing his experience and knowledge with recruiters to help them more effectively achieve their goals. Matt lives in Boston, is passionate about fitness and sports and when he’s not doing that, you can find him out and about looking for the best coffee the city can offer.
