Under her leadership, the team’s commitment to LEAN process and innovative thinking executes an aggressive recruitment agenda, supporting critical access to primary care and specialty care across the State of CT. With more than 30 years of recruitment experience including 15 years in Physician and Provider recruitment, Patti’s expertise includes recruitment, onboarding, physician compensation and provider retention.
