Rachel Jones is the Director of Physician Recruitment and Onboarding at UPMC in Harrisburg, PA. She has worked in provider recruitment and onboarding for UPMC since January 2014. She received her MBA in Strategic Leadership and Marketing from Penn State's Smeal College of Business and a BA in HR Management from Juniata College.

Rachel is a Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP), AAPPR Mentor, and avid AAPPR volunteer. Onboarding is her favorite aspect of physician talent management. She is looking forward to networking and learning from the OAR membership.
