Stacy Casaz, CPRP, has over a decade of experience in HR and recruiting. She has been serving as a Physician Recruiter with SSM since February 2022. Prior to joining SSM, Stacy worked for a staffing agency for seven years, spending the last five specifically recruiting support staff for SSM.

During her time with the agency, Stacy earned two national certifications—Certified Staffing Professional and Certified Search Consultant—establishing herself as a subject matter expert in her field. Since joining the SSM family, she has achieved her Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) certification and is now eagerly anticipating the opportunity to earn the DEI accolade.

As a recruiter, Stacy passionately shares, "I have the best job in the world, besides being a medical provider, because I get to meet someone new every single day and have a chance to make an impact on their life and career." This passion fuels her dedication to residency programs, which hold a special place in her heart.
