Summer has worked in Provider Recruitment for two years (but let's be honest, it feels like at least 5); she was one of two recruiters to be hired to build Provider Recruitment from the ground up. It has been a journey, as she nor her teammate had recruitment experience, but they knew how to do one thing well---build relations. Before receiving her master's in Organizational leadership and change, Summer was a television reporter/anchor for five years. She also has been an event planner and worked in onboarding for a healthcare system, hiring 80 people every week of the year.
