Susan Stanton has been a practicing clinician for nearly forty years. During that time she has seen not only patients but also a significant portion of the processes behind the scenes in healthcare. She has a passion for process improvement and has participated on many committees at the local, state and national level to assess and improve processes for patients and providers alike. These accomplishments led her to become the first advanced practice provider to serve on the medical group board of directors and to become the medical director for advanced practice with UCHealth Medical Group. Her extensive clinical knowledge and experience informs opportunities from an administrative lens.
