Tara's career in healthcare began as a physician liaison. Her role quickly expanded to include physician recruitment, strategic planning, and business development.

Working for various hospitals throughout Memphis, Tennessee and St. Louis, Missouri, Tara focused on finding and hiring the best physicians, then working with them to develop and implement business strategies to expand the amount of exceptional care they provided for their patients.

Today, with more than 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and a majority spent dedicated to physician recruitment, Tara specializes in helping providers advance their professional careers. She particularly enjoys working with young physicians to find the right fit early in their careers, which avoids costly mistakes.
