Tarese Dubiel is the Director of Physician & APC Recruitment & Onboarding at Marshfield Clinic Health System. She is responsible for leading both permanent and locum tenens physician & advanced practice clinician recruitment for the health system. She also leads the negotiating and managing of contracts with vendors providing locum tenens, physician search, relocation and other related services. In addition to recruiting, her team is responsible for developing and improving onboarding of new physicians and advanced practice clinicians and their families. Prior to leading the recruitment team, Tarese was the Regional CFO in one of Marshfield’s hospital regions. Her finance experience has proven very valuable in managing a multi-million dollar annual spend of contract provider labor, in addition to managing the cost of recruitment and turnover.
